Our customer is a leading international provider of digital marketing and engagement solutions. They are now looking for a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer.

In this role, you are assisting the sales offices around the world with support cases and other technical requests. The work is focused on software support and a frequent task is to create custom reports (in SQL) for end-customers. You are working closely together with the development team and can escalate issues to them when needed.

Besides basic knowledge in SQL, we believe that you have an interest in digital marketing and understands the basic concepts of it. Working in this role provides you with great opportunities to develop your technical skills and to explore the dynamic area of digital marketing.

We believe that you have the following qualifications:
  • Previous experience in providing technical support
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • University level studies in computer science or similar
  • Good English skills verbally and in writing

For the right candidate, we are pleased to offer a competitive compensation and benefits package. You would be based at their HQ in Stockholm but it can be possible to work partly from home.
